- Google Account Information — Your email and basic account info via Google Sign-In, used solely for authentication and backup.
- Backup Files — Your app data (invoices, clients, settings) stored in your own Google Drive.
- Invoice Data — Business details, client info, and invoice records stored locally on your device.
Important: All invoice data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. Backups are stored in your personal Google Drive only when you enable it.
⚙ How We Use Your Information
- To enable Google Sign-In for optional cloud backup authentication.
- To upload and restore your backup files to/from your Google Drive.
- To generate PDF invoices on your device — no data is sent to any server.
Your data remains under your control at all times. We do not collect analytics, track usage, or send data to any server.
🔒 Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third parties.
The app communicates only with Google APIs (for Sign-In and Drive backup) using your own authenticated account.
🛡 Data Security
- All data is stored locally on your device in an SQLite database.
- Cloud backups are stored in your personal Google Drive, protected by Google's security infrastructure.
- We rely on Google's OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication — we never see or store your password.

- Disable backups at any time from Settings.
- Delete your backups from Google Drive manually.
- Sign out of Google Sign-In anytime from Settings.
- Uninstall the app to remove all local data from your device.
